G.I. Joe Public Service Announcements. You all remember those right? At the end of each G.I. Joe episode a short moral was shown to the viewers. I think many cartoons of those days did. Didn't Transformers and Inspector Gadget have those too? Anyway, in the above link are videos taken from the G.I. Joe cartoons then dubbed with some funny ass sh*t. I dunno why, it just is. Go watch.
