So about a month ago I starting mixing a myriad of apps and workouts, ok maybe just several. Using P90X (original), Insanity, and T25 along with Nike+, Runtastic (with pushups, situps, squats, and Six Pack apps), Myfitnesspal, and Fitbit I'm able to track everything I do, everything I eat. I can see every important stat and where I can change things. Maybe a little overkill, but it seems to be working. I'm not at my target yet, but it's only been a month.
Those that know me know I've already done 3 stints of P90X in a row, as well as a whole thing of Insanity. This was a while ago, and I didn't get the results I wanted. That is... because I wasn't sticking to the nutrition plans. This time around, using all the apps, I'm sticking to it. Cutting what I don't need, in-taking better things; most importantly trading soda/tea(the sugar sweet kind) for water.
Something else well known about me is that I love street tacos. While I haven't cut tacos from my diet. I've lowered the amount and stripped half the tortilla. Why? Normally, tacos come with 2 tortillas each. I don't know why. So now I've halfed the calories/carbs. And can use the tortillas for something else. Hey, I know what you're thinking, but at least I'm not just throwing it away.
So, one month down... Who wants to take bets on how long I can do this for, and what the end results will be?
