So, already one month has passed since starting my workout/food-watching regiment. I don't feel great yet. I don't have more energy like some people say they have when they lose weight and exercise. Oddly, it seems like the opposite for me. I'm much more tired, and in addition, I'm super sad because I can't eat what I want; and when I do it's more than halved of the portion I'd like to eat. Well, our portions in the States are too big anyway.
Oh well. Here's to next month's workouts!
